In her free time Jess spends hours travelling and training all over the country to reach the heights of her sport.

2017 was a big year for Jess as she was chosen in the Women’s Welsh squad for the Six Nations as well as making the squad for the Women's World Cup in Ireland last summer. She is currently a key member of the Welsh team competing in the 2018 Women's Six Nations.

She started playing rugby with her friends before joining Caernarfon Rugby Club and then progressed to playing regional rugby with the Scarlets. Jess has now returned to her local region, Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (RGC) as it formed a women's team who compete against four other welsh regions in the Blues, Ospreys, Dragons and Scarlets. Through this she has had the honor of representing Wales in both the 7 and 15 a side game and hopes to take part in World 7s Series in the future.

Word of advice from Jess is ‘NEVER GIVE UP!’ Hard work and dedication pays its way.

Good luck in the future from everyone at the Outdoor Partnership
